Agents and reading through the once weekly property sections are gone. With the
likes of RIGHTMOVE now a household name and ranked as the 7th most visited UK
site, things have most definitely changed. This is good news for both sellers
and buyers. Sellers now have the opportunity to save £1000s as the costs of marketing
changes for Estate Agents and sellers get to see numerous photos, floor-plans
and even aerial images of your property from the comfort of their home.
So, what do we charge?
Our fee is not dependent on the price of your property and is fixed.
We charge £99 when you initially put the property on the market and a further
£595 once the property is sold.
So, how do we differ from your standard Estate Agent?
We still carry out FREE VALUATIONS, offer market advice, take photos,
organise HIPS, do floor-plans, arrange viewings, liaise with solicitors and so
on…. We have also added a few other benefits such as opening from 8am to 8pm
7 days a week, supplying you with online access to your regularly updated notes,
as well as using an 0800 number to ensure your purchaser is further enticed to
contact us. What we don’t do, is have a network of costly offices. We also do
not advertise your property in the printed press, as we know it no longer delivers
the results that the likes of RIGHTMOVE can.
