You can either fill in our membership form below and make an online payment, or we will happily arrange this at the time of our market appraisal visit.

Our sales fee becomes payable upon exchange and is due on completion. We will send your solicitor a copy of our invoice for £595 on exchange of contracts. We will then expect your solicitor to settle your account upon completion.
